FAQs

Release:

The collection will be released in weekly batches and available across June and July. The collection is being released in batches across five weeks in June and July. Each week will see a small capsule of incredible designs available for a one-time-only seven days, before the next set is released the following week. The process is being managed with care and consideration for every step of the process by the GCN team and Brian Teeling. Keep an eye on our website and social media so you don’t miss out on the next releases. Don’t see your size listed or you’ve missed out on the last drop? Shipping:

The items will be despatched out in eco friendly print and packaging. Each item is made-to-order and will be shipped at the end of each batch. 



Payment methods:

We accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.


Returns:

We are happy to assist you with the return of items that are unsuitable once we are notified within 14 days from the day after delivery of the item(s).

If you would like to return an item, please send an email to shop@gcn.ie and include:

Eligibility:

For an item to be eligible for a return, the item needs to be in an unused condition. The item must also be in the same condition as the condition in which you received.

A refund may only be partial if, upon inspection, we find that the product shows obvious signs of use – for example, the product has stains, rips or holes. Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or was sent after 14 days the item was received will not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds process:

Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods or cancellation of the order.Please be aware that we will refund your delivery cost only if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped) and that if you wish to return an order due to a change of mind you will be responsible for all delivery costs when returning goods.
