Shipping:

The items will be despatched out in eco friendly print and packaging. Each item is packed carefully and will be shipped within 5 working days. 

Cut off time for Christmas orders to guarantee delivery before December 25th are as follows:

  • Ireland (December 21st)
  • England, Scotland & Wales (December 20th)
  • Europe (December 13th)
  • USA (December 9th)
  • Rest of World (December 4th)

Payment methods:

We accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Returns:

We are happy to assist you with the return of items that are unsuitable once we are notified within 14 days from the day after delivery of the item(s).

If you would like to return an item, please send an email to shop@gcn.ie and include:

Eligibility:

For an item to be eligible for a return, the item needs to be in an unused condition. The item must also be in the same condition as the condition in which you received it.

A refund may only be partial if, upon inspection, we find that the product shows obvious signs of use – for example, the product has stains, rips or holes. Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or was sent after 14 days the item was received will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds process:

Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods or cancellation of the order. Please be aware that we will refund your delivery cost only if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped) and that if you wish to return an order due to a change of mind you will be responsible for all delivery costs when returning goods.
